Irish Construction’s history as a General Contractor and Design Builder created a strong foundation from which to start providing Construction Management services in 1996. Our goal then and now as a C.M. has been to serve the client as a professional advocate experienced with the industry, safeguarding the client’s interest while establishing schedules, defining work scopes, supervising on-site and in-office, as well as trouble-shooting the project’s progress and scope. Our integral commitment to our clients and our experience in negotiating with subcontractors has proven to be a tremendous combination for achieving a successful product: well-built, on-time, and within budget.
